Zigsaw Infinite is a relaxed experimental jigsaw puzzle game built around public-domain paintings and tiny local image models.

Choose an artwork, solve it as a puzzle, or let its bundled model create a small variation for another run. Everything runs locally on your machine, with no network connection required while playing.

Local Image Generation

Local image generation creates a variation of the selected source painting before turning it into a puzzle. Each artwork has its own tiny single-image GAN model inspired by ConSinGAN.

The game does not use existing pretrained image-generation models, model distillation, or remote generation services. Every bundled model was trained from scratch using only its corresponding public-domain artwork, then shipped with the game using INT8-quantized weights.

These models are not general image generators. They cannot invent completely new scenes. They produce small local changes in texture, structure, and detail while keeping the source painting recognizable. Some results are charming, some are rough. Keep expectations low!
